Red Shoes by Jacques Fath is a floral-woody fragrance with a silky effect that emphasizes femininity and sensuality.
“The Red Shoes” is the name of the 1948 ballet film for which Jacques Fath designed the fabulous costumes of prima ballerina Moira Schearer. In 1950, Fath designed a magnificent red silk dress of the same name, worn by model Bettina. This incredible dress inspired the perfumer to create this fragrance with a sparkling opening and the first sensation of freshness. Blue ginger and pink pepper evoke the cold, metallic colors of silk and silk dress. The extravagant Damask rose absolute highlights the opulence of the masterful patchouli, both exuding a very strong sillage.
